By Road

When driving to ExCeL London, follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL. There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13.

Car Parking

All on-site parking is pay and display, with the exception of the multi-storey car park, which is located at the west end of the site. Parking in the multi-storey car park can be paid for at one of the many pay points in the Boulevard (which accept both cash and card) or in the car park itself.

As ExCeL London is a green venue, all pay and display machines will be found on stand-by. However, the machine will activate as soon as you insert your card or cash.

ExCeL London offers 150 disabled parking spaces located within close proximity to the venue. Spaces are available to blue badge holders only and badges must be displayed at all times. Parking for disabled visitors is charged at the normal rate.

By Tube & DLR (Docklands Light Railway)

The Jubilee Line is recommended as the quickest route to ExCeL London.

Alight at Canning Town to change onto the DLR (upstairs from the Jubilee Line level - trains normally depart from platform 3) for the quick two-stop journey to Custom House for ExCeL.

Note - visitors should be aware that DLR trains in the direction of Beckton serve ExCeL London - do not use DLR services in the direction of Woolwich Arsenal or King George V from Canning Town.

ExCeL London is located in Zone 3 and London Underground tickets are valid on the DLR. It is recommended that you purchase a return ticket or an All Day Travelcard to avoid queuing on your journey home.

Public bus service 147 departs from bay B of Canning Town station to Custom House.

Disabled Access

ExCeL London has been purposely designed and built to allow unrestricted access for disabled visitors.

Access at Custom House

There is a lift at Custom House.

Car Parking

There are 228 on-site car parking bays suitable for disabled drivers.

Getting Around the Venue

All public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via ramps and automatic opening doors. Once inside the venue, all floors are level offering unobstructed access for the disabled whilst toilet facilities for disabled visitors are located throughout the building.

Wheelchair hire is available from the west information desk.
